La Paz is based in Gurugram, India.

Our warehouse takes 24 hours to process an order. Domestic orders will be delivered in 4-7 business days post-order processing. In the case of a handcrafted product check the product page to know about that specific product.

No, there is no shipping cost for Domestic orders.

Yes, we ship globally via FedEx International Priority ( 7-10 business days ). Handcrafted products have a longer lead time and once ready, they should be delivered in 7-10 working days (Standard shipping rates apply). Please note that import duties are not borne by us.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to cancel your order. Please get in touch with us at lapazstores@gmail.com in case of exceptional situations, and we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis.

We do not offer refunds/returns. Please contact us at lapazstores@gmail.com to initiate a return. Returns will be accepted on damaged and incorrect items if initiated within 5 days of the delivery date. Please make sure you return only unused, unworn garments that have the tags and packaging intact. Please note that the return shipping fee is not borne by us. We suggest using a trackable courier service to ensure delivery of your return package.

Each of our exquisite garments goes through multiple quality checks, not just at our facility, but also at our warehouse. In the case that you have received a damaged product, please accept our sincere apology and email us at lapazstores@gmail.com to initiate a refund or exchange.

Please ensure that you send us a photograph of the damaged item within 24 hours of receipt, to the email address stated above. This will enable us to initiate processing the return.

We would love for you to gift La Paz. Gift cards are available in denominations of Rs 5,000/- and Rs 10,000/-. Please note the following -
1. It can not be carried forward
2. The money can't be refunded once bought
3. It should be used within 3 months
4. It can not be used during sales
